"An easy to make and exceptionally alluring dish."

Ingredients

  • mince - 2 lb (1 kg) mixture that is not too oily
  • eggs - 1 for the mince
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • savory
  • cumin - ground
  • mushrooms - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • leeks - 2 sprigs
  • carrots - 1 large
  • bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g) grated
  • eggs - about 5

How to cook

Knead the egg and herbs/spices well with the mince. Grease the bottom and sides of an oven dish. Heat a little oil in a saucepan and fry the chopped with the leeks. Then add the chopped mushrooms and carrots.

Allow to soften, stew well and season it with some spices. Spread the vegetable mixture on a bed of minced meat and sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.

Put to bake for about 15 minutes in a moderately hot oven in the oven dish. Then remove, tap the eggs on top and return to the oven to bake them as well.
