How to cook
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Chop the onion and put it to stew in the preheated oil.
After 3 minutes add the mushrooms and grated small carrot, fry briefly and add the wine. Simmer until the mushrooms soften. Then add sliced processed cheese and stir until melted. If necessary, compress the diluted dish with a spoon of flour in a little water.
Season with salt and pepper. When serving, sprinkle with fresh dill.
