Ingredients

  • pork - 5.5 oz (150 g), breasts, smoked
  • white wine - 1/3 cup (75 ml)
  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g) fresh champignons or others
  • black pepper - coarsely ground
  • salt
  • nutmeg - 2 pinches

Preparation

Clean the mushrooms and cut them if they are large. Cut the pork breasts or bacon into small pieces and fry them for 1 minute, then top up with the wine.

2-3 minutes later, add the mushrooms and stir well. Stew until the mushrooms are ready and flavor them with the spices. Serve this garnish with mushrooms with various meats.
