Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4 potatoes
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • lemons - juice of 2 lemons
  • olive oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh

How to cook

Boil the potatoes and mash them with herbs and melted butter. Separately blend the olive oil with lemon juice to whitening, along with a little salt.

Make a puree with the olive oil sauce and dill and serve as a side dish for fried, crumbed, or broiled fish.
