- potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
- carrots - 21 oz (600 g) small
- garlic - 1 head
- white wine - 1 cup
- olive oil
- black pepper - to taste
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- white pepper - 1/2 tsp
- salt - to taste
Clean the potatoes and carrots. If necessary, cut the potatoes into cubes and mix them in a tray. Gently peel the garlic and cut it in two crosswise, so that it releases as much flavor as possible during baking.
Make a mix of all the spices and mix the vegetables with them. Add oil and white wine to the tray, cover with foil and put to bake for about 40 minutes on high heat in the oven.
Finally, remove the foil and bake finished.
