How to cook
Fry the rice in melted butter until it turns glassy. Pour 3 cups of hot salted water over it, adding them one at a time, until each gets absorbed by the rice.
While boiling the rice, salt and sprinkle it with black pepper. Cook it on low heat, remove from the heat and mix in the grated cheese.
Serve it as a garnish to sauteed or roasted meat.
