Ingredients

  • flour - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • eggs - 2.
  • butter - 2 oz (50 g)
  • salt

Preparation

Mix the eggs with the flour, add salt and water until it turns to dough.

Using a sharp knife, cut it into small pieces, place them in boiling water, which is boiled for 10 minutes, until the meat floats to the surface.

The galushko is removed, washed under cold running water and sauteed in butter.
