Ingredients

  • semolina - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • milk - 5 cups (1.2 l)
  • sugar - 6 - 7 tbsp for the semolina
  • sugar - 1 cup for the caramel

How to cook

Put the milk to boil and add the sugar, then boil the semolina. Pour it into bowls, top each one with caramel. Prepare the caramel by warming the sugar in a pan.

Stir until the sugar caramelizes and gradually add a little milk until it becomes the density of melted butter.

Serve this dessert with a chocolate wafer cigar.
