How to make
Put the wine to warm up over a low heat setting. Meanwhile, wash and cut the fruits into slices that are not too thick (separate the orange into pieces) and add them to the wine.
When slightly warmed, add a cinnamon stick and the crushed cardamom, cloves and nutmeg. As soon as the wine reaches boiling point, remove it from the heat, wait until slightly cooled down and mix with honey to taste.
Serve the mulled wine in suitable glasses after straining and garnishing each glass with a few fruits.
