Ingredients

  • peas - 1 jar or tin
  • sour cream - 2/3 cup (150ml)
  • fennel - a few sprigs
  • nutmeg - 2 pinches
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • salt - to taste
  • olive oil - 2 to 3 tbsp

How to cook

Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and put the drained peas to stew for a few minutes. Pour the cream in a dish, season it with salt, nutmeg, black pepper, then add the mixture to the peas.

Chop the dill and add it to the peas. Allow it to boil for a few minutes in the pan.

They taste amazing when served with chicken, beef or pork.
