Ingredients

  • peas - 18 oz (500 g)
  • water - 8 1/3 cups (2 liters)
  • pork - 9 oz (250 g) smoked
  • onions - 1 head
  • carrots - 2.
  • potatoes - 18 oz (500 g)
  • celery - 2 sticks
  • salt

How to cook

Wash and leave the peas to soak in water. Smok the meat, add 1 liter of water. Boil.

Once almost ready, add the chopped vegetables and potatoes. The meat is removed, chopped and added to the broth.

Sprinkle it with parsley.
