Fry the chopped onions until golden. Remove them from the heat, add the paprika, stir and add the meat, chopped into medium-sized cubes, the flour and other spices.
Once the meat is tender, add the diced potatoes, chopped pepper rings, and 10 minutes later, the tomatoes.
Pour in enough wine and water so that everything is covered. Boil this dish until the meat and vegetables are ready.
