How to cook

Mash the feta cheese and mix it with the crushed egg yolks. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.

Arrange them with the olives in a serving plate and top them with the cheese mixture, egg yolks and oil.

Optionally, you can add some pepper or cucumber pieces.
