Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2 lb (1 kg).
  • cucumbers - 1.
  • green peppers - 1.
  • onions - 1 red head.
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • olives - 10 to 15 pcs.
  • olive oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml).
  • wine vinegar - 2 tbsp (30 ml).
  • black pepper

How to cook

The tomatoes and cucumbers are sliced, onions are cut into strips, and pepper into rings. Mix together with the olives and mix them in a bowl. The cheese is cut into cubes of about 1 cm size, add them to the salad and mix them again.

Make a dressing by mixing olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

The salad is served with dressing and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
