How to cook
The tomatoes and cucumbers are sliced, onions are cut into strips, and pepper into rings. Mix together with the olives and mix them in a bowl. The cheese is cut into cubes of about 1 cm size, add them to the salad and mix them again.
Make a dressing by mixing olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
The salad is served with dressing and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
