Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 14.1 oz (400 g), large
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • salt
  • curry
  • nutmeg

Preparation

The mushrooms should be cleaned, washed and separated from their stalks. Arrange them in a buttered baking dish.

Each sponge is placed in salt, butter and topped with a piece of cheese. Sprinkle the top with a pinch of curry and nutmeg.

Pour hot water into the pan and put them to bake for 20 minutes.
