Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 18 oz (500 g)
  • potatoes - 18 oz (500 g)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g) grated
  • olive oil - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • bread crumbs
  • parsley - 2 to 3 tablespoons crushed
  • oregano - to taste
  • salt
  • pepper - freshly ground

How to cook

Clean the potatoes and mushrooms. Dry and cut them into slices. Salt them and sprinkle them with a little pepper.

Begin to stack the greased pan in the following order - fries, mushrooms, cheese, bread crumbs, parsley and spices. Top with olive oil and put to bake in a moderately warm oven for about 50 minutes.

Regularly sprinkle with a little water to prevent drying out.
