Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 2 lb (1 kg) fresh
  • pork - 3.5 oz (100 g) smoked breast
  • garlic - 1 head
  • salt

How to cook

Wash mushrooms well and remove their stems. They all need to be about the same size, arrange them in a tray with the holes facing up.

Finely chop the garlic and the smoked breast - into small pieces. Salt the opening of each mushroom, place some garlic and top with 2-3 slices of smoked breasts.

Preheat the oven. Bake the mushrooms for 5 minutes at high heat and 10 minutes on low. Serve warm.
