  • mushrooms - 14 oz (400 g)
  • butter - 2/3 packet
  • oil - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • garlic - 2 cloves, finely crushed
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper
  • dill - chopped fresh


Wash the mushrooms and separate the caps from the stalks. If necessary, cut them into pieces, but coarse ones in that case.

Heat the butter and oil in a deep pan with a lid, put in the mushrooms, stir, and let it stew under a lid. Occasionally stir.
