Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 2 stalks of green
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml) cooking
  • cheese - 3 - 4 pieces feta + 4 pieces melted smoked
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g) grated
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil - 1 to 2 tablespoons

How to cook

Clean the mushrooms and let them drain from the water. Cut the onions. In a pot, melt 1 tablespoon oil, sprinkle with half the onion, the top half of the sliced mushrooms, some cheese, cream and then it all repeats again.

Add salt and pepper two times. Top with the last cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Quickly place the lid and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200 °C) for 15-20 minutes.
