Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g) Boletaceae, can be canned
  • butter
  • tomatoes - 2 medium
  • peppers - 1, roasted, red pepper
  • onions - 1/3 head
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • soya sauce - a little, just for a mild taste
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • sesame seeds

How to cook

Heat butter in a pan and put the sliced mushrooms in to sauté. When softened, season with spices and add some sesame seeds. Stir and remove from the heat.

Add these mushrooms to the chopped tomatoes and pepper. Stir, season with a little olive oil, lemon juice and soya sauce, throw in a few round slices of onions and serve.
