Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Put them in a saucepan with water and the juice of 1 lemon. Let it boil. Boil for about 5 minutes.
Drain the mushrooms and pour them in a cloth. Dry and put them in a salad bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the salt, pepper, olive oil, juice of one lemon and chopped parsley.
Mix well and pour the dressing over the salad. Cut the garlic into thin slices and place on the mushrooms. Let the salad cool for about 2-3 hours.
