Pour the oil and enough water over the diced potatoes and onions to cover them. Salt and braise well. Then mash them.

Separately, sauté the finely chopped mushrooms with the other spices and add them to the potatoes. Pour in enough water to get the required density and simmer 5 to 10 minutes over low heat.

Before serving, you can add a little lemon juice.
