Wash the cauliflower, boil or steam it (10 min.) Mix the eggs, milk and cream.
Sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Slice the spring onions, spread the cauliflower out in the pots and pour the prepared sauce in.
Sprinkle with the onions and grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 302°F (150 °C).
