Heat a few tablespoons of oil and fry the chopped onion and garlic, then add the mince and fry it. Season with spices to your liking and allow to cool.
Grate cheese, crumble feta and finely chop cucumbers - in pieces, or long strips. Beat the eggs and add them to the mince, cheese and pickles.
Divide the mixture into two earthenware dishes, lightly greased. Put them with a lid to bake until ready - about 40 minutes (depending on oven).
