Ingredients

  • oil - 3.5 fl oz (100 ml)
  • mince - 18 oz (500 g) mixture
  • onions - 2 heads
  • tomatoes - 4 red
  • savory - 1 tsp crushed
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp freshly ground
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • cheese - 1 cup. shredded
  • parsley - ½ bunch
  • salt - to taste

How to cook

Heat the oil and fry the chopped onion, mince after it, and when smashed, add peeled and grated tomatoes. Season with salt, savory and pepper.

Mix well and divide the mixture into 4 saches. Put in equal parts cheese and pour a mixture of beaten eggs and grated cheese. Add covers and put to bake in a moderate oven for about 20-25 minutes.

Serve them with chopped parsley.
