How to cook
Clean and wash the livers with a little vinegar. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions briefly, then add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms.
Once softened, add livers and stir until they are lightly braised. Season them with salt, pepper and white pepper and distribute in a clay pot with 3-4 chopped red peppers.
Add some hot water or 1-2 tbsp chopped canned tomatoes to every pot, cover them and put them to bake for 40-45 minutes.
