"Put some fresh beef mince, cream and cheese in a pot - and the oven will do the rest."

Ingredients

  • mince - 11 oz (300 g) beef
  • potatoes - 1
  • eggs - 1
  • tomato juice - 2 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) grated
  • sour cream - 1 tablespoon

How to cook

Knead the ground beef with spices to taste, egg, peeled and grated potato, tomato juice and 2 tablespoons oil. Transfer the mixture into a greased pot and smooth it out.

Place the lid on and put it to bake for about 1 hour and 10-15 minutes, or until ready. Finally, sprinkle with a little grated cheese, mixed with 1-2 tablespoons cream, and cook until it gets a nice tan.
