How to cook
Cut beef into cubes about 2 cm wide, fry in a hot pan until the pink color disappears from the meat. Put the meat in a pot, place the onions on top, cut into slices.
Add coarsely chopped peppers. The tomato paste is diluted with water, add a pinch of sugar and some vinegar.
Bake in preheated oven at 392°F (200 °C) for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
