Boil the chicken breasts, then take them out. In the same broth put the diced vegetables to boil. Once softened, add the spices (no salt) and a little vegetable oil.
Tear the chicken meat into very small pieces and add them to the soup. Let it boil for 10 minutes. Then add the noodles and simmer for 10 more minutes.
Salt and season with a little chopped parsley.
