Ingredients

  • croissants - 3, chocolate
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml).
  • eggs - 3
  • sugar - 1 cup

Preparation

Cut the croissants into rings and arrange on a tray.

Beat the eggs, milk and sugar like you would for a creme - caramel.

Pour this mixture over the croissants and bake for 20 minutes in a moderate oven. Serve the dessert cooled.
