  • broad beans - 14 oz (400g) mature
  • oil - 3.5 fl oz (100ml)
  • pepper - 1 cup
  • onions - 2 heads
  • salt


Broad beans are cleaned and soaked in cold water overnight. The next day, remove the flakes, pour in cold water and boil until soft, then pulverize them.

To the resulting paste are added stewed in oil chopped onions with paprika. Salt, mix well and serve.
