How to cook
Cut the pork into small pieces and boil in lightly salted water for half an hour. Peel the potatoes, chop them finely or grate them, then add them to the meat. In hot oil, fry the chopped onion, carrot, beet and cabbage to complete softness.
Add the chopped tomatoes too. Once the potatoes soften, add the vegetable roux to them. Season the soup to taste.
Finally, top with the finely chopped pepper and parsley and boil until all the products soften.
