Ingredients

  • butter - 3 tbsp
  • celery - 2 bunches
  • leeks - 2 bunches
  • tomatoes - 2 cans (3 cups (700 g))
  • sherry - ¼ cup dry
  • sour cream - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to cook

Cut the celery and leeks and saute them in a preheated butter. Once softened, add the sherry and wait for it to evaporate.

Add the pre-mashed tomatoes and leave the soup to boil for about 20 minutes, then add salt. Blend it with the cream and stir.

Season with the spices and serve with chopped parsley, if desired.
