How to cook
Heat the olive oil in a wide pan and put the coarsely crushed garlic cloves to get braised. Add the cleaned, dried and torn spinach and stir for about 3 minutes.
Transfer the spinach and garlic to a blender or food processor. Add the basil, cream cheese and ground pepper. Blend to homogeneity and transfer to a bowl.
Mix the dip with the cooking cream and parmesan. Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour before you serve it.
