Ingredients

  • sunflower seeds - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • pumpkin seeds - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • oatmeal - 1 cup (250 g)
  • sesame seeds - 3 tablespoons
  • poppy seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • raisins - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • nuts - 2/5 cup (100 g) crushed, optional
  • sugar - brown, to taste
  • starch - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2/5 cup (100 g) wholemeal or rye
  • soda - 1 tsp

How to cook

Mix the oats, raisins, pumpkin and sunflower seeds in a bowl and add hot water - about 1 cup stir and allow the liquid to be absorbed by the nuts. If necessary, add a little water to swell them well.

Then add sesame, poppy, nuts optional sugar and mix with the starch, flour and baking soda. Optionally, you can add 2 tablespoons of fat. You should get a sticky dough. Take from it with a spoon and make individual biscuits in a greased or covered with baking paper tray.

Put to bake in a moderate oven until they get a nice tan. These cookies can be prepared with nuts, seeds and dried fruit of your choice.
