Grind black and white mustard seeds in a coffee-grinder, add black pepper, some cloves and dill seeds. Be careful not to add too many cloves, because their taste and smell are strong.
Grind and, if necessary, add mustard seeds to taste after. Add honey to the chopped ingredients, as well as wine vinegar and a little wine. Stir and if necessary, add a little vinegar until you get the consistency of mustard.
Leave it in a cool area for a bit to thicken.
