How to cook
Dissolve the yeast with a little warm water and sugar. Leave to rise and add the eggs, yogurt, water and while adding flour to it, knead a smooth and soft dough. Cover and let it rise in a warm place.
Divide the risen dough into 6 parts. Roll out each part flat, smear each one evenly with melted lard or oil and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Roll up the pieces, twist them and arrange them in a greased tray, in the form of a snail shell.
Leave them to rise again, brush them with beaten egg and remaining lard (if any) and put to bake in a moderately hot oven.
