Ingredients

  • cocoa - 2 cups (500 g) natural
  • cashews - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • coconut milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • cocoa butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • cardamom - 7 grains, chopped well
  • honey - 1 jar
  • water - eyeball it

How to cook

Pour a little water over the cashews to cover them and blend them well. Melt the butter and add it to the coconut milk, cocoa butter, cardamom and honey.

Pour the honey on and stir initially on low heat, then gradually increase the heat to high. Baking takes about 50 minutes. You need to obtain a fluffy, but not a runny chocolate.
