Ingredients

  • sour cream - 1 small cup
  • milk - 2 cups high fat %
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • chocolate spread - about 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • vanilla - 2 powder packets
  • biscuits

How to cook

Mix the sour cream with the yogurt, vanilla and milk and beat well. Stir half of the mixture with the chocolate spread. Crumble about 2 tsp (10 g) biscuits.

Mix them into the brown and white mixture. In a suitable freezing container, pour some of the white, then the brown mixture and put away in the freezer.

After a few hours, the homemade Ice Cream with Yogurt and Biscuits will be ready. Serve it in scooped balls and sprinkled with some of the crumbled biscuits.
