How to cook

Clean and slice the fruit. You can use just strawberries, raspberries or a combination of fresh or frozen fruit.

In a blender, mix the fruits, milk, honey and sugar and blend into a paste. Leave the resulting mixture for 2-3 hours in the freezer.

Serve scoops of ice cream topped with fruit - banana, kiwi, sliced strawberries and a slice of grapefruit.
