Ingredients

  • liver - 7 oz (200 g) beef, pork or chicken
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g) cow
  • black pepper
  • nutmeg
  • onions - onion juice
  • salt - to taste

How to cook

Clean the liver of membranes and blood vessels, cut it into slices and boil it in lightly salted water.

Grind the liver in a meat grinder with a small setting, add beaten butter and all the other ingredients in a blender.

Blend until it’s a homogeneous mixture. Serve pate with bread.
