Roll out the puff pastry on the counter. Chop the chocolate. You can add chopped nuts of your choice.
Cut the puff pastry into pieces of the desired size, put some of the stuffing and wrap them into a croissant. You can smear the edges of the puff pastry with a little egg.
Roll only the edges of the puff pastry well and press firmly. Bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 10-15 minutes. They are most delicious while still slightly warm and are very aromatic.
