Ingredients

  • flour - about 4 1/5 cups (1 kg)
  • yeast - 1/2 package dry
  • yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 1
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • water - 4/5 cup (200 ml) lukewarm
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • for the filling
  • mince - 9 oz (250 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • tomato paste - 1 tsp
  • savory - to taste
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar. Mix the soda in yogurt to rise and add to the flour with the egg whites from the egg, oil and water. Knead soft and smooth dough, you have to let it rise for about 40 minutes in a warm place. Meanwhile, prepare the filling and fry chopped onions and add the minced meat.
