"In order to always have homemade yufka on hand, you have to make it yourself and store it properly!"

Ingredients

  • milk - 4 1/5 cups litre
  • eggs - 10.
  • semolina - 4/5 cup (200g)
  • salt
  • flour

How to cook

Beat the eggs with a mixer well and add salt, warm milk and semolina. Adding flour, knead soft dough.

Divide the dough into 8 balls and roll each out to a thin crust, and sprinkle with a little flour. Leave these sheets in the sun to dry, or dry them in a low oven.

1 hour after sun-drying and, turn them and places, they must “fall apart” alone. Well crush the dried crusts and put them to bake to a slight redness in the heated oven.

Keep them in cloth bag.
