Easy Cake without Eggs and Milk
- flour - 1 1/2 cups
- sugar - 1 cup
- cocoa - 3 - 4 tablespoons
- oil - 5 tablespoons
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- instant coffee - 1 tsp (optional, or use decaffeinated)
- salt - 1 pinch
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp (liquid)
- water - 1 cup (cool)
- oil - 1 tablespoon for smearing the form
- cocoa - 2 tablespoon , for sprinkling the form
- butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
- powdered sugar - 1 cup
- cocoa - 4 tablespoons
- water - 9 tablespoons
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well and pour in the liquid ones.
Stir with fork or spatula to a homogeneous mixture.
Pour into oiled and sprinkled with cocoa tray (11 3/4″ (30 cm) x 8″ (20 cm)).
Cut the cooled cake into pieces.
Put all the ingredients for the topping on the stove to heat up, stir until the butter melts.
Using a spoon, pour the hot topping over the cake and leave to sit for a bit.
