Peel the apples and grate them coarsely. Beat the eggs with the sugar and oil.
Stir everything well. Pour it into a tray with a nonstick coating or an oiled and sprinkled with flour one.
Bake the apple cake at 320°F (160 °C) for 30-40 min. Once it cools a bit, smear it with jam. Optionally, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
