How to cook
Wash the apples and cut off their tops. Carefully scoop out the insides. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
Put a tablespoon of honey in each.
Remove the rind of the orange and cut it into slices. Put a slice of orange on top of the apples, close with the apple tops.
Place the apples in a tray and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven until the apples soften.
