- mince - 21 oz (600 g) mixed
- cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
- bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g) smoked
- garlic - 1 clove
- chili peppers - 1
- paprika - 1 tsp
- cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
- black pepper
Grate the cheese, cut the bacon into small cubes, clean the chili pepper of seeds and chop it very finely.
Mix the products with the mince, add the spices and pressed garlic clove, stir everything well. Leave to sit in the fridge for at least 30 min.
Then, with moist hands, pinch pieces of the mixture and put on a well-heated grill.
Serve with a garnish of fresh or grilled vegetables. Bon appetit!
