How to cook
Place the products in the bread maker in the order listed, so the yeast doesn't have contact with the water.
Turn the bread maker on, choose the bread setting and it will mix, let it rise and bake. These ingredients are for 24.5 oz (700 g) of bread. The process takes 3 hours and 10 min.
Take it out of the bread maker and leave for about 1 hour to cool, so it's not soggy.
