How to cook
Cut the mushrooms into strips and boil them in salted water. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in oil with little water. Add the mushrooms and rice once the onions soften.
Pour in the broth from the boiling of the mushrooms (about 3 cups hot water), salt and bring to a boil over low heat.
Sprinkle the ready mushrooms with rice and black pepper. Serve them with a slice of lemon.
